Event Name: CosplayUniverse Role Playing Universe 2nd 'CU 02'

Activity Date: 114/7/18 ~ 7/20, a total of three days

Activity time: 10:00 ~ 18:00 every day

Event location: New Taipei Industrial and Commercial Exhibition Center

Ticket sales time: Pre-sale/ticket sales (including tickets, packages, CU tickets) will start on 6/1

Booth Announcement: 6/1 (If booth planning is completed earlier, it will be announced earlier)

Age limit: Only 18 years old are allowed to enter. Please bring valid ID to enter

Activity theme: Area A: Super cute lolita/cute shota; Area B: Sexy lady/mature handsome man

Official Sales: This exhibition will have a sales area to sell mysterious products

Registration Information

Registration restrictions: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, no gender restrictions, male/female/third gender can register

Exhibitors: Cosplay enthusiasts, KOLs, internet celebrity models, creators, virtual idols and other anime enthusiasts

Activity theme: Area A: Super cute lolita/cute shota; Area B: Sexy lady/mature handsome man

Number of booths: This exhibition will have 300 general booths, 50 open booths, and 24 corporate booths.

General stalls: 300 stalls per day, 900 stalls in total

Open stalls: 50 stalls per day, 150 stalls in total

Notes

  1. Filming and recording are allowed in the venue, but the stall owner’s consent must be obtained first. If reported by inspectors, stall owners or tourists, the organizer has the right to expel the stall owner.
  2. Please do not damage the scenery and facilities in the venue or discard garbage anywhere, and work together to maintain the exhibition environment.
  3. For any questions related to the venue, please go to the organizer’s service desk.
  4. Other matters needing attention The organizer will update the announcement on the official website or have the on-site patrol staff inform you.

Activity Content

  1. Official theme activities: stage, theme activities, official competitions, official merchandise sales, etc.
  2. Corporate booth activities: product sales, independent activities, etc.
  3. Official booth activities: VIP interaction, exclusive products
  4. General stall owner activities: interaction, photography, product sales, etc.

Activity Highlights

  1. Themed exhibition design. During the event, every corner and aisle of the exhibition hall will have designed scenery, props, rest areas, etc. for tourists and stall owners to take photos and rest.
  2. Invite Japanese AV actresses and overseas Cosplayers to Taiwan to take photos, interact with fans, play games, etc.
  3. There are official sales areas and various food and beverage stalls at the exhibition venue. If you are a stall owner or helper, you can enjoy purchase discounts.
  4. Uninterrupted official activities, during which the official will hold various votes, stage performances, and official virtual idol performances.

『Booth Information』

  • A. Standard stall: $4,000 / day "Standard stall" - 1~2 people/1~2 people

Booth Specifications: Booth Area 2m*2m / Backboard Height including Signboard 3m

  • B. Larger stall: $5,500 / day "Large standard stall" - for 2~3 people/1~2 assistants

Booth Specifications: Booth Area 3m*2m / Backboard Height including Signboard 3m

  • C. Compartment booth: $6,000/day "Compartment booth" - 1~2 persons/1~2 assistants

Booth specifications: Booth area 2m*3m/backboard height including signboard 3m

  • D. Larger booth: $8,500/day "Booth booth" - 2~3 people/1~2 assistants

Booth specifications: Booth area 3m*3m/backboard height including signboard 3m

  • E. Open booth: $2,000/day "Folding table open booth style" - 1 person/1 assistant

Booth Specifications: Booth Area 1.5 m*1.5 m/Folding Table Width 180 cm

  • Customized booths: Please contact the organizer for larger booths and customized specifications

Since customized requirements can be filled in during registration, the actual amount will be calculated based on the registration page.

CU Citizen Discount: If you are a CU citizen (creator), after completing booth registration and payment, your personal account will automatically be recharged with points

  • Join for 1 day > Automatically top up 1500 C Points (worth $150)
  • Participate for 2 days > Automatically top up 3000 C Points (worth $300)
  • Participate for 3 days > Automatically top up 5000 C Points (worth $500)

※Currently, those who participate in CU 02 performance activities and automatically convert to creator status do not need to apply.

Each stall includes hardware and software:

  • Stall owner's sign
  • One folding table (180cm)
  • Two folding chairs
  • One tablecloth
  • 110v/500w power plug (placed under the table, extension cord provided by yourself) is not available at the open booths
  • Two spotlights
  • Booth supplies set

『Exhibition Additional Services』

As long as you rent a stall, you can get the following items and services. They are listed based on one standard stall and will be doubled based on the number of stalls.

  • After registration, you will receive:
  • Stallholder card (for stallholders only)
  • Assistant certificate (bound to the stall owner)
  • PR tickets, register for one booth and get two tickets, and so on

Daily updated items (based on the number of stalls):

  • A pack of toilet paper
  • A pack of wet wipes
  • Two bottles of mineral water
  • A garbage bag

Related matters during the event

  1. This event will be held for three days. The organizer will invite news media, self-media, digital media and other units to interview, which will not affect the official activities during this period.
  2. The organizer arranges official activities (venue, stage, etc.) every day. Stall owners and fans are welcome to join in the fun. The content of the activities will be announced on the official page.
  3. On the third day of the exhibition, there will be an official stall owner voting event. Voting will accumulate for three days. The official may limit stall owners who still have stalls at the exhibition venue on the third day to receive the prize.
  4. Other related activities and precautions will be announced on the official website (social media announcement)
  5. Overseas participants, please go to the Workforce Development Agency to apply for a work permit. The organizer will not assist in the application. Please prepare relevant work certificates after applying. If you are reported and fined, please be responsible for it yourself.
  6. During the event, all participants and ticket holders must show their identifiable ID, passport, etc., and only those aged 18 or above are allowed to enter.
